The hotel was first opened in December 2004 after a full reconstruction which took almost 2 years.The residence offers luxurious accommodation in 6 suites, each up to four people. Each suite consists of at least two rooms (usually a bedroom, living room with Sat TV and safety deposit box) and bathroom with hairdryer. Four of them (De luxe suites) have fully equipped kitchens (fridge, electric cooker, dishwasher, toaster and fast-boiling kettle). Suites without a kitchen are fitted with a fridge, toaster and fast-boiling kettle.Another advantage is the atrium of the house with a terrace and flowers, which creates a relaxing environment amongst the hustle and bustle of Prague city life.
The hotel takes pride on personal relations towards its guests and a kind family atmosphere.
The basement and cellars of the Residence are almost completely covered by different types of wagon vaults in the ceiling. Lastly, the attic suite/floor has been built beneath a beautiful gable feature of the Residence.
